At the end of time, a moment will come when just one man remains. Then the moment will pass. Man will be gone. There will be nothing to show that we were ever here… but stardust.
"Do you think I don’t wanna smash things? I know what that anger is more than you can imagine. [..] When he was on top of me I pressed my hand - with everything I could, I pressed it into his face. I pressed it so hard I broke his nose. That didn’t stop him. He shoved the sheets in my mouth, I could barely breathe. Every time I think of her, pinned down like that, I strangle her, Francis. So she doesn’t strangle me. I have to. We have to. The alternative is… It’s unlivable.”
yES yes I did let me tell you guys a true story
I think it was sometime near christmas last year? a friend and I got really great matinee tickets to watch matt smith’s american psycho (we were seated about 6 rows from the stage). so people were entering the theatre, and I noticed this dude making his way to our row and eventually sat down two seats away from me.
at this point I wasn’t entirely sure if it was dillane so I showed my friend a photo of him on my phone, asking if that dude two seats away from me looks like stephen dillane. no 100% confirmation because it seemed like no one else noticed and realized it was him. I kept surreptitiously stealing glances at him throughout I’m pretty sure he noticed it was awkward
during the intermission I sent out an sos
they were all pretty sure it was him. I continued to ponder. as we made our way out after the performance we saw him and his son outside the theatre……….. so I went up to him and the exchange went something like, “hi, I’m so sorry but are you stephen dillane?” “yes, yes I am” “ahhh I’m so sorry I kept looking in your direction”
then I asked for a photo because I really want to do this (and but this I mean the caption)
I still feel kinda bad intruding his privacy but he was really nice about it so here’s the story of how I met stephen dillane
